Just looking at the pictures of these tarts is enough to get your mouth watering: lemon tarts, chocolate tarts, nut tarts, and fruit tarts. You don't even have to be a dab hand at pastry - bought puff and filo are used and you can even use prepared shortcrust pastry if making it worries you.
