Nia is disappointed when she is given the part of the Cowardly Lion in the school production of The Wizard of Oz. Snooty Jade Miller will play the main part, Dorothy - the role Nia wanted. But when her parents bring home naughty kitten Pearl, Nia certainly has her hands full! She decides to enter Pearl in a local cat competition - only to find that the judge is Jade's mum, who only seems to like the poshest of pedigree cats - can Pearl still triumph? And will Nia find that she'll love playing a lion - and could even be the star of the show?
