About Sara Lewis

Tracy Parker is a registered dietitian who has spent more than 15 years working with people with IBS. Six of those were spent as a research dietitian at Addenbrooke 's Hospital in Cambridge, England, studying the role of diet in the management of IBS and Crohns disease. Sara Lewis is an experienced home economist and food writer. She was the cookery editor of Practical Parenting magazine for over 12 years and is the author and co-author of many cookery books including Good Food for Mums, Slow Cooker and Cancer: Food, Facts and Recipes, all published by Hamlyn.
