The Jungle Book Summary

The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling

THE JUNGLE BOOK by Craig P Russell is a rich and complex adaptation of the last three Jungle Book stories featuring Mowgli - The King's Ankus, Red Dog and The Spring Running. The stories tell of the little Indian boy who is raised by wolves from infancy and who learns self-sufficiency and wisdom from the jungle animals. Among the animals who are so brilliantly brought to life are Akela the wolf; Baloo the brown bear; Shere Khan, the boastful tiger; Kaa the python; Bagheera the panther; and Rikki-tikki-tavi the mongoose. This long anticipated collection reunites material which has appeared in various comics and magazines with reshot or brand new colours.
