About Peter Halstead

Author Peter Halstead is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire. He is a qualified solicitor with a wealth of experience both in private practice and in local government. He has taught Law to undergraduate students for twenty-five years. Series editor Jacqueline Martin LLM is a former Chief Examiner for A Level Law with a major examining board. She has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and has taught students of all ages. Her other titles include The English Legal System, published by Hodder & Stoughton Educational. Series editor Chris Turner LLM is a qualified barrister and a Senior Lecturer in Law at Wolverhampton University. He is also Chief Examiner for A Level Law for a major examining board and an experienced author.
