An account of the RSA Shakespeare in Schools project, which demonstrates that Shakespeare can be made accessible to students of all abilities from the age of 5 upwards. The book provides accounts of performances of Shakespeare plays at a number of different primary schools, and includes the script of an adaptation of "Macbeth for Primary Schools", by Keystage Theatre. It links the use of Shakespeare to the National Curriculum, emphasizing the fact that Shakespeare can be fun, even for very young students. The book has a companion Secondary level volume.
