MAURICE FELLS is a born-and-bred Bristolian who is passionate about the county's wealth of history. In his career he has worked as a journalist in both print and broadcast mediums, and has held key editorial and production posts in newspapers, radio and television. Now freelance, Maurice's local history features frequently appear in the Western Daily Press and the Bristol Post. He is also often called on by BBC West TV and BBC Radio Bristol to broadcast on local history. Maurice is a prolific author, having written nine local history titles.
