She has designed and presented eight fitness programmes on video and DVD and provided consultancy for Avon Cosmetics. Lucy's Gymball Workout promotion for Special K was so successful that sales were double Kellogg's original expectations. She also regularly contributes to magazines such as Best, Mother and Baby and Slimmer, healthier, fitter and has written Exercise Ball for Weight Loss in the same series for Kyle Cathie.
