About Lexie Williamson

Lexie Williamson is a British Wheel of Yoga and Institute of Yoga Sports Science (R)-qualified instructor specialising in yoga for runners and cyclists. She has written for Cycling Weekly, Triathlete, Cycling Fitness, Women's Fitness and The Guardian. Lexie is also the author of the Bloomsbury books Yoga for Runners, Move and The Stretching Bible, and co-author of the Audible relaxation guide Power Up to Power Down with sports psychologist Dr Josephine Perry.
