About Karen Lee

Karen Lee is a psychologist, an independent management consultant, a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and a Personal Tutor to the Psychology of Management Certificate Program at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has taught consulting skills courses and personal/professional courses to MBA students and executives for nearly 15 years.
