"This Man Called Jesus" follows the story of Easter from Palm Sunday to Easter Day. The material is divided into four sections, containing: all the information for the production; links to other curriculum subjects; links to the National Framework for RE; and the full script of the play. There is also an appendix containing sheet music and word sheets for the songs. The play can be approached as a single performance, or the scenes divided up and performed on the same day or over a week. Minimum cast list is for 24 characters, but other children can be incorporated into the production as disciples, crowds, Pharisees, singers and musicians.
