PSPICE is incorporated throughout the text in examples, and a separate appendix contains a PSPICE introduction and examples for DC, AC and transient analysis. The text's coverage of field effect transistors and basic FET amplifiers reflects the industry popularity of enhancement mode MOSFET devices. However, a balance between bipolar and FET circuit analysis is found in each chapter.
