About David Nicholls

David Nicholls became the youngest chef ever to receive a Michelin star at 22, and throughout his career has been a mentor to some of today's greatest chefs. He is the executive chef at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, and consultant to the Mandarin Hotel Oriental Group.
