Intellectual Property Reviews

A tried and tested student text; an authoritative and expert account of a complex branch of law. Professor Norma Dawson, Queen's University Belfast For students looking for a detailed account of intellectual property law, Bainbridge's Intellectual Property is one of the best. It is well-written and explains difficult principles in a relatively straight-forward way... those looking for an accessible and stimulating account of the nuts and bolts of intellectual property law need not, however, look any further. Student Law Journal, review of the previous edition
