1952. First Edition. 248 pages. Illustrated dust jacket over green cloth with a photographic black and white frontis and plates throughout. Moderate tanning to pages with heavier tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Slight dog-eared pages throughout and visible tanning to text block edges. There is cracks to guttering with exposed netting and binding is loose. Boards have visible rubbing and noticeable bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket with heavy edge wear and minor rubbing. Splitting to joints and visible tearing to corners, edges and spine ends. Pen inscription and sunning to interior.
