If you've worked your way up from junior management into more senior leadership roles or are new to leading people and in the process of working out how to do it, read this book. It's relatable with some excellent non business quotes and context. Get your post its, highlighters and notepads ready. Tim has delivered and outstanding guide to breaking the mould. It's such a easy but powerful read with fantastic practical tips and take aways you can do today. I really like the format of this book with thought provoking questions throughout. Loved the inspirational quotes too! A really good read and book you can refer to over and over again. Can't wait for volume 2
