ROGER COURTNEY is a freelance consultant specialising in the Third Sector. He has worked locally, nationally and internationally as a freelance writer, lecturer and organisational development consultant in the Third and Cultural sectors, specialising in strategic planning, governance, leadership development, fundraising strategy, quality, human resource management and evaluation.
