Oliver isn't doing at all well in school, his parents are worried and the other children tease him. The only joy in Oliver's life is his puppy Flow, who has to be kept a secret from Mum and Dad. However when Oliver and the dog take part in a magnificent rescue on the Fells, attitudes start to change.
