About Perry Share

Perry Share is Head of the Department of Humanities at the Institute of Technology, Sligo. Founder member and former secretary of the Irish Association of Social Care Educators (IASCE), he is also co-author of A Sociology of Ireland, 3rd edition published by Gill & Macmillan.

Kevin Lalor PhD is Head of Department of Social Sciences at Dublin Institute of Technology, Mountjoy Square. He is Editor of the Irish Journal of Applied Social Studies. He is co-author of Young People in Contemporary Ireland published by Gill & Macmillan (2007). He is a chapter reviewer on the World Health Organisation 'Violence and Health in Africa' report.
