This study is based on the experiences of 1000 couples over a 5-year period, who were chosen by the author from among those he has treated over the past 17 years at the Problems of Daily Living Clinic. The study aims to present new insights into male-female relationships and states that sex and intimacy are better inside marriage. The book aims to show couples how, by taking the pressure off performance and emphasizing communication, they can achieve a "super" marriage. The work is designed to be a practical guide to making marriage work and deals with both sexual problems and daily living. The author stresses the connection between sexual and physical health, believing that a plan for total fitness for both partners can be worked out with the help of a trusted doctor. His work over the past 14 years in the field of body/mind links has contributed to his individual approach to sexuality within marriage.
