Emphasis is placed on building awareness of language appropriateness and fluency in typical business interactions. The listening material includes both native and non-native spoken English. This title takes a collaborative approach to help students attain win-win outcomes in their negotations. Broken down into eight units, each unit deals with a stage of the negotation process.
