About Noelle Blackman

Stuart Todd is Senior Research Fellow at the Welsh Centre for Learning Disabilities, Cardiff University. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed and professional journals. Noelle Blackman is an Assistant Director of Respond, London and Vice Chair of the Network for the Palliative Care of People with Learning Disabilities (UK). She is the author of Loss and Learning Disability (Worth Publishing ,2003).
