About Lizzie Webb

LIZZIE WEBB was the resident fitness guru on ITV's TV-am for ten years, presenting daily follow-along exercise routines, often with celebrity guests. She is TV's longest-running fitness instructor, has released several bestselling exercise videos and won awards for the work with the children's character she created, Joggy Bear. Lizzie founded the charity Creativity in Sport and co-directed it for 17 years with Olympic rowing medallist Debbie Flood. Lizzie was formerly a drama and dance teacher and has worked with juvenile offenders and ex-prisoners.
