About Liam Harte

Dr Liam Harte is Senior Lecturer in Irish studies at St Mary's College, Strawberry Hill. He is the co-editor of Ireland Beyond Boundaries: Mapping Irish Studies in the Twenty-First Century (Pluto, 2006). Yvonne Whelan is Lecturer in Human Geography at the University of Bristol. She is the author of Reinventing Modern Dublin: Streetscape, Iconography and the Politics of Identity (UCD Press, 2003) and co-editor of Ireland Beyond Boundaries: Mapping Irish Studies in the Twenty-First Century (Pluto, 2006) and Ireland: Space, Text, Time (Liffey, 2005).
