About Kate O'Hanlon

John Andrews, Ellen McVea, Len Quigg and Pauline Wylie are all experienced examiners. John Andrews, the series editor and Ellen McVea were also members of the English Working Group that produced the English Programme of Study for Northern Ireland. Kate O'Hanlon is an English Adviser for the Southern Education and Library Board and Len Quigg is the Vice-Principal of the CAI. Pauline Wylie is the Head of English at Bangor Academy and Sixth Form College, Noreen Doran is Head of Media Studies and an English teacher at Shimna College and Ellen McVea is the Vice-Principal at Shimna Integrated College.
