Scruff was proud to be Melanie's teddy. Even though he was old and much more than a little worn, he knew she loved him very much. Then the mystery parcel appeared in Mum's bedroom. Scruff thought it must be something terribly exciting. When he looked it wan't quite what he hoped to find.
