Summary
Brought to James Herriot's surgery as a starving stray, Oscar is adopted by the Herriot household who soon grow fond of this handsome tabby with his extra loud purr and affectionate manner. The Herriots have cause for concern when Sep Gibbons arrives to claim the cat he once owned.
