The Archbishop of Canterbury explains the journey of faith through his own experience and the experiences of some of those who have influenced him. In their own words, the contributors reflect on aspects of their lives as Christians: the issues they have confronted, the difficulties and decisions they have faced. Although each story is very different, themes emerge and are explored by Dr Carey in linking text. In making these connections and introducing his chosen contributors, the Archbishop's own story is woven through the book.
