In Nobody Nowhere Donna Williams described her life with autism - a life dominated by disembodied pattern, sound, colour and movement, cut off from the incomprehensible actions of others. Now she tells of the four years since the diagnosis for which she had waited 25 years, and her attempts to leave her world under glass and live normally.
