About Donna Van Wynsberghe

Donna Van Wynsberghe is Professor and Chair of the Dept. of Biological Sciences at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She is the recipient of two Distinguished Teaching Awards. Her articles have appeared in various physiology journals, and she has previously authored case history and study manuals for undergraduate students. Dr. Van Wynsberghe is a member of several professional societies for physiology research and teaching, including the American Physiological Society (APS) and the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS), and she holds editorial positions in both these societies. Charles R. Noback has been Professor of Anatomy and Cell Biology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University for 40 years. Dr. Noback is the coauthor of several textbooks, including The Human Nervous System, 3/e, published by McGraw-Hill, and The Nervous System: Introduction and Review, 4/e, published by Lea & Febiger. He is also the author of numerous publications of original researches in anatomy and neurobiology. Robert Carola is a science writer who has written six textbooks as well as a variety of materials for many corporate clients. He is a member of the National Association of Science Writers.
