Bad Bear finds an outlaw costume and dresses up like Desperate Dog. Then he rushes out to terrorise the neighbourhood...He sprays everyone with his water pistols and even takes Mrs Cow's washing line to use as a lasso! "You're so BAAAAAAAD, Bad Bear!" bleats Mrs Sheep. And Bad Bear loves it!! But the residents of Crazy town are not so keen and decide to ban Bad Bear from everywhere except...THE CINEMA!
