Bill Mattos has been canoeing and kayaking since he was eight years old. He has since kayaked all over the planet in pursuit of an ambition to paddle in every continent and every ocean in the world. He has competed in a variety of disciplines, including freestyle kayaking to World Championship level as a member of the '95 and '97 GB Freestyle Team. Andy Middleton the consultant editor, is Chief Executive of TYF No Limits, one of the UK's leading adventure and education businesses. Andy pioneered white water rodeo kayaking in Europe and established the World Championships as the sport's premiere event. He is a British Canoe Union Level 5 Coach and experienced surfer, mountain biker and windsurfer.
