Pages are moderately tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Plates are bright. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine and edges are slightly tanned. Small but visible marks overall. Noticeable bowing to boards. Unclipped jacket. Noticeable tanning and foxing to all surfaces. Panels and spine have heavy edgewear, with visible rips and chipping, and some areas of loss. Left flap is almost detached.
