Rebecca Winters lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. With canyons and high alpine meadows full of wildflowers, she never runs out of places to explore. She attended Ball State University before heading to California. A longtime member of RWA, Patricia has authored fifty books. When she wants some time with her guy, they escape to their mountain cabin and sit on the deck and let the world race by.
