Über Pat Brunton

Pat Brunton has many years experience as a school governor and was chairman of an Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership for four years. She now works as a management trainer and consultant. Linda Thornton has been a headteacher, adviser and senior education officer responsible for early years and childcare services. She is a performance management consultant. Both are directors of alc associates ltd, and together have written a number of books for Early Years practitioners.
