Jo Beeck has worked in various sectors of the aviation industry for over 20 years, including airline management and aviation safety. As a technical writer, he published on commercial aviation and air transport economics. He is a member of the Aviators Guild, the Royal Aeronautical Society and the International Air Transport Committee (until 1996). He was honored with the Kestrel Award in 1996.
