Drug Interactions: A Source Book of Adverse Interactions, Their Mechanisms, Clinical Importance and Management Ivan H. Stockley
This book, now in its second edition, has been prepared from an extensive database of all recorded adverse drug interaction reports over many years. It starts with an explanation of the mechanisms of drug interaction and continues following a highly organized structure. Chapters are arranged alphabetically according to drug class within which are listed the interactions with other drugs. For each interaction a consistent plan is followed; summary, interaction, mechanism, importance, and management. The book is cross-referenced and indexed, and gives both proprietary and non-proprietary drug names.
