Hilary Patrick is an Honorary Fellow in the School of Law at Edinburgh University. She is vice convener of the Law Society's Mental Health & Disability Committee and is a former legal advisor to The Scottish Association of Mental Health. Nicola Smith is a Solicitor at ENABLE Scotland.
