Written for Clean Break - a theatre company working with women whose lives have been affected by the criminal justice system - Charged comprises six short new plays, written by E V Crowe, Sam, Holcroft, Rebecca Lenkiewicz, Chloe Moss, Winsome Pinnock and Rebecca Richard. First performed at London's Soho on stage and in the surrounding bars, churches, restaurants and streets of Soho, Charged presents the untold stories of women and the criminal justice system from six of the brightest female voices in British theatre.
