Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Occasional thumb-marking present. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Water staining to top edges of pages throughout. Light scuffing to text-block edges. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Notable tanning to spine and edges. White staining to rear board. Book is forward leaning.
