Books by Sebastian Oberthur

Sebastian Oberthur is the academic director of the Institute for European Studies of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is a renowned expert in international and European environmental and climate policy and law. Marc Pallemaerts is a senior fellow and head of the Environmental Governance Program at the Institute for European Environmental Policy. He also is a professor of European environmental law at the University of Amsterdam and teaches international environmental law at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
