Julie Stiegemeyer has authored more than twenty books for children. She has also written for magazines, newspapers, and devotional books. As a child, Qin Leng spent her days watching her dad paint. This stuck with her and she has loved art ever since. Throughout her career, Qin has illustrated pictures books, magazines, and covers for young readers with publishers around the world. Her books have been nominated for awards such as the prestigious Governor General Literary Award 2014, and she recently received the APALA 2015 Award for best picture book.
