1931. First Edition. 251 pages. No dust jacket. Russet cloth with gilt lettering. Binding remains firm, despite cracking to gutters. Pencil inscription to front free end paper. Pages are moderately tanned. More pronounced tanning and foxing to free end papers and pastedowns. Noticeable tanning and foxing to text block edges. Boards have light edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Mild crushing to spine ends causing cloth to fray. Fair split to book's spine with hole. Boards are moderately bowed.
