Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Rear board hanging on by binding thread. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Spine cloth is marked or dulled with dust. Book has a slight forward lean. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Gilt lettering has become dull.
