Thumb-marking present as well as various smaller marks to later pages. Rubbing to pastedown and endpaper pages with a pencil inscription to front. Dog earing to corners of pages 15 to 18 of preface. Closed cuts to title page gutter. Small tears to occasional gutters from binding thread. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light sunning to spine with moderate crushing to ends. Small chips to spine corners with binding slightly visible though gaps.
