Gender Pay Gap

Gender Pay Gap 2022/23

Here at Wob we believe that books shouldn’t cost the earth. Wob offers an affordable, sustainable alternative for bookworms who want to save money and save the planet. Our mission has never changed – to support charities, protect the planet and make a positive impact in the world by enabling more goods to be reused.

To be frank - we care about people and the planet.

We know that having a passionate team (aka- Wobbers) at the core of what we do helps us achieve this. Therefore, we strongly believe that every Wobber should enjoy coming to work and playing an integral part of the Wob story. To achieve this we continually strive to make Wob an even better place to work, and our recent people engagement survey results tell us that we are going in the right direction.

At Wob we are committed to the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all Wobbers and gender equality is, and always has been, important to us. See our gender pay report details below for our 2022/23 results for both World of Books Ltd and World of Books Group Limited.
