About Vivian French

Vivian French is a world-renowned children's author and storyteller who has extensive experience of young children through her work in playgroups, drama workshops and theatre. She has had tremendous success in writing for this age group, and has been nominated for many awards - including the 1995 Smarties Book Prize for A Song for Toad (Walker).
