The Solutions Focus is a powerful, pragmatic yet subtle approach to change - in people, teams and organizations. The basic principle is simple - find what works and do more of it. Stop doing what doesn't work and do something else. The book derives from the work of pioneering US therapist Milton Erickson, the NLP school and the new science of complexity. There is very little theory, in fact solution-focus can be summed up as the theory of no theory.
