Pam is passionate about people being all that they are when released from the grip of self-limiting beliefs. She has spent the last 30 years of her life dedicated to making a difference to children and adults as a social worker and manager. Her roles have included Assistant Director and Deputy Director. Pam is honoured to be a leader of services to children using her experience to transform the relationship that, social workers, leaders, children and families have with themselves and with others. Since 2011, she has been running her own business evaluating how people working in organisations function before delivering transformational leadership training programmes. Her company also provides coaching to individuals' who all say they have transformed their lives as a result. Pam believes that dealing with ourselves and shifting our self-limiting beliefs, focusing on the cause, not just the symptoms, is the key to contributing in a positive way to humanity. Her experiences have taught her that it is only by owning and being honest about our past and its impact on us, can we move beyond it and fulfil our function in the world.
