About Marcus Wareing

Foreword by Marcus Wareing, one of Britain's most respected and acclaimed chefs. He started acquiring Michelin stars at just 25 and along the way he has been involved in the creation of some of London's most iconic and celebrated restaurants, including his own restaurant group, which includes the two Michelin starred Marcus in Knightsbridge, The Gilbert and Scott and Tredwell's, a vibrant West End eatery. A familiar face on our TV screens, Marcus is also the no-nonsense judge on MasterChef: The Professionals.
